I don't think there was a single new or interesting idea in this entire volume.
It's all so very milquetoast and boring and nothing that even casual Wonder Woman readers haven't read dozens of times before. Then a lot of Wonder Woman comic stamps start to surface, like Diana in search for Themiscyra, Diana against the public perception of her image, Diana's rivalry with Veronica Cale, Steve Trevor as damsel in distress. Ares gets free from imprisonment, decides to become a warrior for justice but misunderstands what justice is. Willow Wilson's run on Wonder Woman starts off with a pretty bland storyline.
